"To maintain a sustainable denial posture, Ukraine would likely need access to at least 120 PAC-3 MSE-type interceptors per month"

Current annual production of the PAC-3 is roughly 600 units. The US expended 1000-1500 units in the Iran War, not counting consumption by Gulf countries. There's also an order backlog of almost 2000 units. Lockheed is supposed to achieve an annual production rate of 2000 somewhere by 2030

Given that at least for 2026, produced units will be prioritized for US inventories and the current production rate, I don't see how Ukraine can hope to get any meaningful quantities of interceptors this year

I would be interested in the role that other countries are playing in Russia receiving parts necessary for producing missiles. It seems to me that China is playing a large role in this, and therefore Western sanctions are not going to mean anything to them.

Europe needs to be producing more weapons systems in Ukraine, and it seems the Ukrainian strategy of going after Russian weapons production plants is a good one. They need to take those out just as they have a plan for taking out Russian soldiers. It seems they have such a plan.
